JUNIOR ANALYST, CRM Position Overview Surya is seeking a highly motivated Junior Analyst to assist with administration of the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system and analysis of customer data.
The Junior Analyst willplay a key role in optimizing sales processes, enhancing customer relationships and driving overall revenue.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about moving from data and insight to action andimpact, with a sense of urgency.
ResponsibilitiesCRM System Maintenance:
Assist with day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including data upload, data checks, maintenance, reporting, and user setup/ trainingAssist with implementation of CRM enhancements and updates to improve user experience and productivityData Analysis:
Collect and analyze customer data to identify sales trends and opportunitiesSynthesize data, build analytics, and develop reports to improve sales effectiveness and efficiencyGenerate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metricsSegment and profile customers for targeted sales and marketing campaignsSales Support:
Assist with tracking and reporting of sales and marketing campaignsMonitor and support lead generation activities, including lead scoring and qualificationCollaborate with Sales Management to identify and execute opportunities to boost sales performanceDocumentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM processes, best practices, and workflowsCreate and update standard operating procedures for CRM and sales analytics tasksQuality Assurance:
Perform regular data hygiene and cleanup activities, including identifying and rectifying errors and duplicates, to maintain CRM system integrity RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field with 1
year of relevant professional experienceStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including ExcelKnowledge of sales processes and marketing conceptsFamiliarity with CRM systems and relational databases, Salesforce knowledge is a plusStrong attention to process and detailAbility to work well under pressure, keeping track of projects, timelines and deadlines, and continually communicating them with manager and stakeholdersAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment PI122540af1123-29952-33482694.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
