This position is responsible for entering orders and maintaining the POS System and coordinating quoting thru installation with customers to aid in our uncompromising standards of quality, on-time delivery and customer service.
We are looking for a creative person who has strong communication skills, high professional standards and works well with others in a small operation.
Duties include:
Entering Customer info into POS System Creating Quotes thru POS System Getting quotes from vendors Invoicing Finished Orders Follow up on collections Filing Coordinating Installations with installers, vendors and customers Internal sales - following up with new customer quotes, leads and correspondence Sales support - entering new client info into system, giving project to design, getting quotes to salespersons in timely manner Liaison between salespersons & office for all their projects Tracking and managing all client correspondence (phone and email) Support existing clients with questions or requests Assist marketing team with all aspects of marketing - printed material, social media & web Required
Qualifications:
Significant POS System Experience Positive/Can Do Attitude Excellent customer service skills Ability to speak with clients over the phone in a professional manner Excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and balance multiple projects simultaneously High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration preferred
