TNA is currently looking for a HR Generalist.
Our vision for this position is to effectively execute the administration of compensation, 401k, unemployment, and workers compensation and other miscellaneous programs by performing the following duties, but with a special emphasis on compensation programs and workers compensation administration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Compensation & Benefits Systems Conduct area wage and benefits surveys if applicable.
Maintain ADP Payroll System for exempt level team members and provide support and guidance to the bi-weekly payroll administrator.
Prepare wage statements.
Work with 401(k) provider, Manager, and TTHA administrator to complete reports and submit documents for 5500 and Discrimination Testing.
Ensure funding of the 401k plan is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with HIPPA laws.
Partner with HR Manager in the coordination of annual health benefit open enrollment as needed Track salary increases to ensure timeliness of submission.
Conduct quarterly 401k meetings (coordinate with Fidelity) Send report of employee progression raises to supervisors.
Assist Manager with Salary Grades and comp analysis.
Administrative Systems Assist HR Administrator with Term Packages Month-end reporting for KA Track team member status change forms to ensure timeliness of actions.
Back-up Benefit Administrator with new hires and EVerify Assist with onboarding for new hires.
Track relocation expense reports Service Awards (send reports to Tharpe) Partner with HRIS Specialist keeping current employee data in the HRB system.
Unemployment Claims Provide active head count to H&S.
Process Workers Compensation Claims EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelors Degree (B.
S.
) or equivalent from four-year college; at least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
