Assisting guest with check in and check out processes Providing information to guest and visitor inquiries Processing guest billing/accounting correctly & efficiently Handling cash effectively and accurately Answer hotel telephones courteously and efficiently Follow Motel 6 operational policies and procedures Respond to all guest requests Monitor cleanliness of lobby Book Reservations Maintain and organize all work areas.
Job Requirements:
Flexible Schedule (we operate 24 hrs/day, 365 days a year.
Nights & weekends are expected) Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with constant guest interaction Provide a Guest Experience that exceeds their expectations Must be able to multi-task Must possess basic computer skills.
Must be able to work independently FLEXIBLE HOURS ARE A MUST.
WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE REQUIRED.
