Key Responsibilities Perform all required pre-start tasks necessary to run daily production on assigned cell according to documented work instructions Load and unload machines with raw material and WIP for operation and store in proper location Perform required part checks according to documented procedures and work instructions to ensure quality of parts Clean work area and cell according to the posted 5S standards Assist with on job training of new employees Achieve Production Targets Collaborate with Maintenance during troubleshooting and/or performing simple tasks (fluid control and replenishment) or correction of small defects.
Recover machines from out of sequence or emergent alarms.
Attend Daily start of shift Production Meetings.
