Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate:
Must understand and abide by all required performance standards of productivity for assigned job function and communicating problems or concerns to supervisor, manager or human resources.
Responsible for compliance with company HR and safety policies Understand and support diversity Maintain a professional manner while keeping a positive attitude.
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously - focused on results Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Proficiency with computers and software required Adhere to the NLGA Code of Ethics and Business Conduct at all times.
Communicate effectively and efficiently in a timely manner Act as a representative of NOTS Logistics and TTHA at all times while on duty.
Position Duties and
Responsibilities:
Monitor OE inventory movement throughout the warehouse, researching palletizer issues to ensure the accuracy of receipts into the warehouse, and coordinates tire requests/buybacks with TNA.
Also assists with cycle counts, inventory discrepancy investigations, and end of month inventory.
NCF/Buyback/OE Clerk will need to know:
The complete inventory SOP handbook, and have basic understanding of the Wise, SAP and Cadios systems.
Responsible for compliance with Manufacturing housekeeping and 5S procedures at all times while in the facility.
Research email requests & investigating palletizer non-conformance issues.
Pull tires for Quality Control and ensuring that buyback procedures are adhered to Inventory Cycle Counts, Variance Investigations, and EOM Inventory.
Research tire movement Enforce all NOTS Work Instructions/Procedures relative to Uniform Safety standards.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 2:
00pm - 10:
