- Perform a variety of construction tasks including carpentry, hardscape, drywall installation, welding, blueprint reading, caulking, concrete forming, door hanging, stucco application, and flooring installation.
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
