Monday through Friday:

Responsibilities:
Pull orders off the printer for processing.
Call customer to schedule delivery.
Book loads with carrier for delivery.
Update/generate calendar for daily shipping.
Create Bill of ladings for shipping.
Update information in WISE (code and close once shipped).
Process order in SAP.
Enter data on Excel spreadsheet for LTL.
Handle drivers and will call pickups.
Run reports for verification in SAP and WISE.
Monitor/respond to email request.
File paperwork and log boxes for storage.
Checks completed orders for accuracy and compliance with all relevant Standard Operating Procedures for NOTS Logistics and it's customers.
Responsible for compliance with company HR and Safety Policies.
Responsible for compliance with Warehouse housekeeping and 5S procedures at all times while in the facility.
Must understand and abide by all required performance standards of productivity for assigned job function and communicating problems or concerns to supervisor, manager or human resources.
Adhere to the NLGA Code of Ethics and Business Conduct at all times.
Acts as a representative of NOTS Logistics and at all times while on duty.
Performs other duties as deemed necessary by company management.
