Accounts Payable Specialist About Beauflor USA Beauflor USA, headquartered in White, GA, is a leader in the production and sale of cushion vinyl flooring.
We also maintain a significant market presence in the sale of numerous other resilient flooring products including LVT, LVP, and Laminate.
Our parent company, Beaulieu International Group (BIG), is headquartered in Belgium and holds a major stake in the production of raw materials and semi-finished products (polypropylene, granules, and fibers) and in finished products (technical textiles, cushion vinyl, needle felt, parquet, laminate, tuft, bath rugs and fabrics).
BIG enjoys a major market share globally in these sectors, operating 29 production facilities, 11 sales offices and 8 distribution centers spread over 16 countries.
Job Overview (Role & Mission) The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for verifying and performing system entry of vendor invoices and entry of 3-way match invoices to purchase orders.
They will serve as the point of contact for vendors, financial/accounting staff and other personnel on matters related to payment status and other accounts payable issues.
They will assist the Accounting Manager in daily, monthly and yearly banking and miscellaneous tasks.
Functional Responsibilities (Functions / results include but not limited to) Perform accurate data entry of vendor invoices Serve as primary and initial contact with vendors for dispute resolution and reconciliation Analyze and resolve outstanding vendor invoices/statements Maintain good relations with vendors and respond to all inquiries Process timely USD & EUR wire payments Process payments to and track all Inter-company payments Full responsibility for accounts payable for BIG USA and BIG Real Estate Process Miscellaneous payments upon request including tax payments Manage collection of W-9s Gather data for year end 1099 forms Support a team environment by assisting other colleagues as needed Qualifications 3
years of AP experience Post high school education in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience.
