Job Description Summary
Must have working knowledge of the following topics: using hand / power tools, precision alignment, PLCs, electrical systems, rigging, pipefitting, welding, blueprint reading, mathematics, Preventive/Predictive Maintenance.
Assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to repairs and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, PLCs, pumps, conveying systems, piping, heat exchangers, power transmissions, and other power driven rotating equipment.

Location: White, GA
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Possess a high school degree or an approved GED. A degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred, but not required.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance and repairs, supervision and planning experience preferred. Equivalent military experience also accepted.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance Technician must be able to perform and lead personnel in a team oriented and safety conscious environment.
Safety First expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.
Precision alignment, rigging, welding, Electrical Systems, PLCs, blueprint reading, mathematics, and preventive/predictive maintenance of assigned tasks.
Repairs and preventive maintenance to be performed in conformance with established standards.
Assist in formulating preventive maintenance standards / work procedures while performing those duties and provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery.
Employee will perform any and all other duties that are assigned by the responsible manager.
Must be able to use hand tools on a daily basis such as power tools (hand grinders, saws, impact wrenches, drill press, and hydraulic pullers), and rigging equipment.
Also perform welding, using a cutting torch as required.
Must be able to operate and have knowledge of simple and complex heavy industrial equipment such as forklifts, scissors lifts, basket trucks.
Works from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, scaffolding, etc. utilizing fall protection equipment as necessary to complete tasks
Must have the flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job.
Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks and duties despite interruptions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
